Are you open or closed?

  • Temporarily closed

When will you re-open?

  • We are closed until further notice. Crunch Canada will continue to adhere to the guidance and direction provided by government authorities. We will notify our members via email and social media upon re-opening. Please follow us on Facebook & Instagram for updates.

What would happen if I was billed recently?

  • Once we have determined our reopen date, we will provide further updates on any potential billing or date adjustments. In the event, however, your annual fee was billed recently, that will not be deferred.

Will I be billed during your closure?

  • If your monthly payments fall between Mar 17-20:

    Due to the timing of our unforeseen closure and billing cycle, we are not able to stop any scheduled payments between now and March 20th, 2020. Once we have determined our reopen date, we will adjust memberships accordingly.

  • If your monthly payments are after Mar 20:
    We have suspended billing all membership fees. You will not be billed during our closure.

How do I make changes to my membership?

  • Please note that any additional membership/billing questions and/or concerns will be addressed once our clubs have re-opened.

Is my Paid in Full membership going to be put on hold?

  • Yes, your membership will be adjusted to reflect our temporary closure.

What happens to my personal training sessions?

  • Your sessions will be available upon our re-opening.

How can I workout during this time?

  • All Crunch members have access to over 100 workouts online using We will also be releasing home workouts on our social media platforms. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for all the best workouts.

To our Crunch Family,

As you are already aware, all Crunch Fitness locations in Canada will remain temporarily closed until the authorities deem it safe for us to reopen our doors. Throughout this closure period, all payments will remain frozen and no members will be charged until the clubs reopen. Upon the clubs reopening, our staff will be able to answer any of your specific questions regarding your account. We will continue to provide you updates through our social media channels as well as emails.

We are happy to report that during this closure, we have taken advantage of doing full deep cleaning and disinfecting of our clubs, while also providing any needed upgrades.

In the interim we will continue offering workouts through Crunch Live– Workouts from home!

You can enjoy Crunch Live, regardless of membership type. We have over 100 workouts available to all members for free during our closure on our Crunch Live platform where you can stream workouts at home on your phone, tablet or TV. You can login to Crunch Live using your online member login credentials. If you have not established an Online Member Account, you can do so here.
